Mission, Vision and Values

Mission

At Arthurs Creek Primary School, our mission is to empower every child to become a curious, confident and capable learner.

We provide high‑quality education in a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued. We engage students in a motivating and challenging curriculum that inspires engagement and growth. We foster a strong sense of community and hard work that reflects the strengths of our setting.

These commitments guide our decisions, shape our policies, and underpin our learning, wellbeing and pedagogical approaches.

Vision

Our vision is for every student to achieve their personal best, embrace life‑long learning and develop a strong sense of self‑worth so they can become responsible, capable and engaged citizens.

Values

Our three school values – Be Respectful, Be Resilient and Be Responsible – form the foundation of our school culture and guide the way we learn, work and interact each day. These values are explicitly taught to students and modelled daily by staff, with the expectation that all members of our school community uphold them.

Students are acknowledged for demonstrating these values through our rewards system and form the basis of our decisions to award Student of the Week Certificates to students, presented at each assembly.
